The systems on this site ran a real business before they were sold to anyone.
Titan Reach AI is operated by Southeastern Renovation LLC, a licensed South Carolina contracting company. The systems sold here were built to fix problems in that business first — the phone going unanswered, leads going cold, being invisible to the AI assistants people now ask instead of Google. Selling them came second.
Who operates this
Titan Reach AI is the software and systems arm of Southeastern Renovation LLC. It is owner-operated by Jared McCarley, who runs the contracting company and builds the platform.
That is the whole org chart. There is no account-management layer, no offshore build team, and no queue you get put in. If you fill in the form on the home page, Jared calls you back.
Why a contractor built AI software
Because the contracting business had the problem first. Calls go unanswered while everyone is out on a job. Leads go cold because nobody replied for six hours. The company is invisible on Google and completely absent from the AI assistants people now ask instead of Google.
Buying the off-the-shelf answer to that meant $5,000–$20,000 up front to an agency, then a monthly retainer for a website nobody touched again. So the tools got built in-house instead: an agent that answers the phone, an agent that answers the website, a CRM that replies to a new lead before a competitor can, and the schema and content work that gets a small company quoted inside ChatGPT and Perplexity.
They worked. They are still running that business today. That is the only claim on this page that matters, and it is why the pricing is structured the way it is — nothing up front, monthly only. We already paid the build cost once, for ourselves.
It also means you are not the test case. When something in your setup breaks at 6pm on a Friday, it is breaking in Jared's own company at the same time.
Licensed, and checkable
The parent company holds an active South Carolina residential builder licence. You can verify it against the state register — that is the point of publishing the number rather than a badge graphic.
Where we work
Remotely, with businesses anywhere. There is no office to visit and no service radius, because none of this work needs one — it is delivered over email, phone, video and the app. The contracting company is in South Carolina; the software side is not tied to it.
One exception worth stating plainly: the partner program is scoped to the United States, because parts of its lead engine read US public records.
How we operate
Nothing up front
No setup fee and no deposit, on any build. You pay monthly on a 12- or 24-month term, and the 24-month term is about 10% less per month. If the system does not perform, we are the ones carrying it.
Your data leaves with you
Full export of your customer records and lead history, at any time, without asking. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring are included in the monthly price rather than sold as extras.
The platform refuses illegal lists
Mission Control will not build a prospect list out of state licensing-board records or Google Maps. Both refusals are enforced in the product, not in a policy document — SC Code § 30-2-50 makes the first a misdemeanour and Places terms forbid the second.
No wall of logos
You will not find client testimonials, star ratings or "trusted by 500 businesses" on this site, because there is no honest version of that to publish yet. When there are real ones, they will appear here with names attached.
Getting hold of a person
There is no published phone number, deliberately — a number that rings out is worse than no number. Three routes that all reach the same person:
- The form on the home page — name and a number, nothing else required. Jared calls back, usually the same day.
- Email jared@southeastern-renovation.com.
- Atlas, the AI agent on the home page, which will scope a plan with you in a few minutes and hand the details straight to Jared.
