These cover this website, the AI agent on it, and the prices published on it. Anything you actually sign takes precedence over anything written here.

1. Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Southeastern Renovation LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company trading as Titan Reach AI. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means whoever is using the site.
2. What these terms cover
Your use of www.titan-ai-reach.com, the Atlas chat agent, the contact form and the checkout.
They are not your service agreement. If you subscribe to a build or to Mission Control, you sign a separate agreement that sets out scope, term, fees and any guarantee. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins. The partner program has its own published terms and its own refund trigger; those live on that page.
3. The AI agent, and which number governs
Atlas is a language model. It is good at scoping work and it is capable of being wrong. Nothing it says is advice, a quote, or an offer capable of acceptance.
Where a price is concerned: the figure printed on the proposal card is the price. If anything typed or spoken in the conversation disagrees with the card, the card governs, and neither binds anyone until a written agreement is signed by both sides.
Transcripts are handled as described in the privacy policy. Do not send confidential information through it.
4. Pricing
Build work is quoted per business. There is no fixed price for it, because the scope depends entirely on what you pick. It is $0 up front with no setup fee, charged monthly, on a term you choose of 12 or 24 months. The 24-month term is roughly 10% less per month for the same build. The lowest monthly total we will quote for a build is $197.
Mission Control, the software itself, is a published price. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. We can change published prices, but a change never applies to a term you have already started.
5. What a subscription includes
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, support by email and chat, and your performance dashboard are included in the monthly price. They are not sold as add-ons and there is no separate hosting invoice.
There is one category of pass-through cost, and it applies only if a mobile app is part of your plan: Apple's developer program ($99 a year) and Google Play's registration ($25, one time). Those are billed on as a flat $15 a month rather than marked up.
6. Billing and cancellation
Payments run through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
A Mission Control plan can be cancelled during its 30-day trial at no cost. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal; we do not refund a period already served unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
A build subscription runs for the term you chose. Once that term is complete it continues month to month and you can end it without penalty.
Whenever you leave, your data leaves with you — a full export of your customer records and lead history, without having to ask for it and without a fee. We do not hold data hostage to a renewal.
7. Results
We do not guarantee a search ranking, a position inside any AI assistant, a volume of leads, or a revenue figure — and nobody who does can control the systems they are promising. Search engines and AI assistants change their behaviour without notice and without consulting anyone.
Any performance commitment we make to you personally will be in your signed agreement, in writing, with the condition that triggers it stated plainly. Treat anything else as marketing.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with how it runs. Specifically, do not attempt to use the chat endpoint as a general-purpose model proxy, scrape it at volume, or extract its instructions. We may block access without notice.
9. Who owns what
The design, copy, code and brand of this site, and the Mission Control platform, remain ours. Your brand, your content, your photographs and your customer data remain yours; you licence them to us only so far as we need to build and run what you asked for, and that licence ends when the work does.
Anything built for you is delivered and operated as part of the subscription rather than sold outright — that is the trade for there being nothing to pay up front.
10. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Third parties
Parts of the service depend on companies we do not control — Google, Stripe, Twilio, Apple, Google Play, Railway and others. An outage or a policy change at one of them can affect what you are using, and that is outside our control.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and the courts of South Carolina have jurisdiction.
13. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
