What we collect, and where it goes.
This site takes contact details through a form and through a chat agent, and it runs card payments through Stripe. This page says exactly what happens to all of it. Written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Southeastern Renovation LLC, trading as Titan Reach AI. It is owner-operated; the person responsible for the data described here is Jared McCarley, reachable at jared@southeastern-renovation.com.
This policy covers www.titan-ai-reach.com — the pages, the contact form, the Atlas chat agent and the checkout on it.
2. What we collect
Things you type in on purpose
The contact form asks for your name, phone and email, and optionally your business name and a sentence about what you need. Nothing on it is collected that is not on the form in front of you.
Your conversation with Atlas
Atlas is the AI agent on the home page. What you type — or say, if you use the microphone — is sent to Google's Gemini API so it can answer. If you give an email address or a phone number during that conversation, we treat it as an enquiry and it reaches us the same way a form submission does. If you turn voice replies on, the text of Atlas's reply is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech to be spoken.
Do not type anything into a chat agent that you would not put in an email. That is true of ours and of everyone else's.
Payments
Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card number never touches this site — Stripe collects it on their own page and we receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the name and email you gave them.
Analytics
We use PostHog to see which parts of the site work: pages viewed, buttons clicked, referring site, device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog only builds a person profile once you have identified yourself by giving an email or phone number; before that it is anonymous usage data.
Server logs
Our server writes ordinary request logs, and it appends a line to a log file when an enquiry comes in, so a failed email or a failed notification does not quietly lose you.
3. Who else sees it
These are the companies this site actually passes data to. There are no others.
Each of them has its own privacy terms, and each is used for that one job and nothing else.
4. Why we have it
- To answer you. If you leave a number, it exists so somebody can ring it.
- To build and run what you bought, and to bill for it.
- To see which parts of this site are working and which are being ignored.
5. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
- There are no advertising pixels, ad-network tags or third-party tracking scripts on this site. Analytics is the only third-party script that loads, and it loads after the page does.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form. If we email you, it is a reply.
6. Cookies
PostHog sets first-party cookies to recognise a returning visitor and stitch a session together. That is the only cookie category this site sets — there is no advertising cookie and nothing is shared with an ad network.
If you would rather not be counted, block cookies for this site in your browser, or block us.i.posthog.com. Nothing on the site breaks if you do; analytics simply fails quietly and the page carries on.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live reason to have them — an open conversation, an active subscription, or a legal or accounting obligation. When there is no longer a reason, they go.
Analytics is retained under PostHog's own retention schedule. Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as financial regulations require.

8. Your choices
Email jared@southeastern-renovation.com and ask for any of the following. We do it within 30 days, and we do it wherever you live rather than only where a particular law compels it.
- A copy of everything we hold about you.
- A correction.
- Deletion.
- An end to any further contact.
If you are a customer, exporting your own data does not require asking us at all — full export is built into the product.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Card details never reach our server. Credentials and the agent's instructions live server-side and are not served to browsers.
No small company should tell you its systems cannot be breached, and we are not going to. What we can say is that the amount of your data sitting on our infrastructure is deliberately small.
10. Changes to this policy
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect and leave the date alone.
